SKYLINE DISPLAYS DESIGN CONSULTANT
This position is accountable for acquiring and retaining long-term, quality clients by generating and converting leads into sales through the execution of our orchestrated sales process, and providing products, services and information that our customers will perceive as emotionally satisfying.
The successful candidate will be (i) extremely well organized; (ii) possess a high energy and fast work pace; (iii) able to work with critical deadlines; (iv) a self-starter with a multi-tasking skill set; (v) able to work well with others as an integral part of the team; and (vi) a problem solver with a strong numerical orientation. A flair for design would be helpful.
It is not uncommon for successful Design Consultants to earn upwards of Six Figures (the highest producers earn well in excess of that) with the right skill set and dedication to the business development process. You must maintain up-to-date knowledge of Skyline Corporation, trade show industry and sales techniques. Proactive pursuit and follow-up on client and prospect leads is essential. Design Consultants work closely with Project Management team to deliver exceptional client service that exceeds the client's expectations. The goal is a flawless trade show experience.
Prior trade show industry experience is desired, but not mandatory. In lieu of industry experience, a strong sales track record may be substituted. A college degree is preferred, but not required. Prior experience and competence with Microsoft Office and Goldmine software systems would be helpful.
